amazing hotel stay!

This hotel was fantastic! the water park was super fun. I especially enjoyed the orange and white boomerang slide (though, be careful of the steps at the end, haha). the food was also a highlight. i found the snack bars had great options and the little italy restaurant offered a delicious dinner.

The rooms are small. I could hear everything that was going on next door, not great. The restaurant was horrible, I thought. The pools? Very dirty, unfortunately.

The hotel had multiple pools of a good size. Access to the beach was easy. The food selection was also good , and I thought it tasted nice.
The key cards stopped working multiple times . I had to get them reactivated. The hotel was very hot because air conditioning in corridors was not available. Bottled water was only with gold wristbands.

Our family holiday was wonderful. I felt completely at ease. the pools were so lovely, and the food was delicious with such a wide variety. i really loved the blue lagoon cocktail, and the children adored their mickey mouse drinks.
The air conditioning was a notable issue. It was not very effective in our room. the lack of adequate cooling was a real inconvenience, it affected the overall comfort of our stay.

the staff is friendly, they are always happy to help with any requests. the housekeeping team is attentive, moreover they ensure the rooms are cleaned with great care. the hotel offers special night themes with food.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . the water park had multiple slides that were great for both kids and adults. i especially appreciated the lifeguards who were attentive. the pools were well maintained and there were many activities for everyone.
the air conditioning in the dining areas was not sufficient at times.

my room had a nice view and was cleaned daily by kind housekeepers.. they created towel animals, which my children loved. the beds were comfortable, and the room size suited my family.
